What does RepairCMS cost?
RepairCMS has four plans. Starter costs €29 a month, Business €69, Team €99 and Enterprise from €299, each excluding VAT with annual billing. You pay no setup fee and can try it free for 14 days. All data is stored in Germany, GDPR compliant.
Is the Ultimate Repair Form Builder included in the price?
Yes, from the Team plan at no extra cost. You create as many forms as you need. For the DHL return label when your customer mails in a device, you also need the Repair Logistics add-on, and your booking location has to be in Germany.
What does it cost to send SMS to my customers?
The SMS feature is part of all plans. You connect your own seven.io account, and seven.io bills the messages directly to you, not through RepairCMS.
Can I use RepairCMS on my phone?
Yes, with the RepairCMS App for iPhone and Android, in every plan. On Android, sign up right in the app. On iPhone, create your account on the web and then sign in to the app.
How does my free trial work?
Every new RepairCMS account starts with a 14 day free trial and access to all key features. After that, you pick a paid plan to continue.
Which billing options are there?
Monthly billing at a fixed monthly rate, or annual billing paid upfront with a 10% discount compared to the monthly rate.
What happens at the end of my annual subscription?
It renews automatically for another year unless you cancel 30 days before your renewal date.
How do I switch between monthly and annual billing?
At the end of your current subscription period. Contact our support team before your renewal date.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Most major credit cards, with no transaction fees. For annual Enterprise payments we also accept bank transfer.
What does an additional user cost?
Starter includes one user, Business two, Team three. On Business and higher plans, you can add more users at €25 per user per month excl. VAT, or €22.50 with annual billing.
What do the premium add-ons cost?
Repair Logistics and the Purchasing Hub are €29 per month each excl. VAT, available from the Business plan. The B2B Partner Portal is €39 per month excl. VAT, from the Team plan. All are launch prices.
What does the Enterprise plan cost?
Enterprise starts at €299 per month excl. VAT for the first location with annual billing, each additional location is €99 per month, with 3 users per location included. Implementation and personal onboarding are included. Getting started begins with an intro call followed by scoping.
