Repair quoting software builds the quote straight from the repair ticket instead of a separate document. In RepairCMS you open the Quote tab inside the ticket and add parts from your inventory, labor, discounts and tax in a few clicks. Each line item lets you edit quantity, unit, price, discount and tax, with a net-gross toggle for the whole view. Whatever your technician documents in the service report flows into the quote automatically, so nothing gets typed twice. The ticket itself is created in a fixed ten-step flow, and once you know the flow, a ticket is captured in under a minute (our documentation says the same). Customers approve quotes online and pay instantly
You send the quote with a personal message. Your customer opens it with one click from a branded email, reviews every line item, photos of the device and the live repair status in the customer portal, and accepts or declines online. Optional line items can be ticked on or off, and the total adjusts to their selection automatically.
03Online payment
Get paid while the quote is still in progress
Once your customer accepts, payment runs through Ultimate FastPAY, the Stripe integration built into RepairCMS. You decide which payment methods your customer sees in your own Stripe Connect, for example credit and debit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The invoice is then generated automatically from the accepted quote.
