Yes, both the monthly and annual payment plans require a committed annual subscription. This means that regardless of the payment method, your subscription term is for one year

You can cancel your subscription at any time; however, you will still be responsible for the full annual commitment. If you are on the monthly payment plan, you will need to continue paying the monthly fee until the end of the subscription term. For annual payment plans, no refunds will be issued for early cancellation.

Your subscription will automatically renew for another year unless you choose to cancel before the renewal date. If you’re on the monthly payment plan, monthly payments will continue. If you’ve chosen the annual payment plan, you’ll be charged the upfront annual fee again.

You can switch between payment plans at the end of your current subscription term. To do this, please contact our support team before your renewal date.

We accept payment via most credit cards and we do NOT charge any transaction fees. For yearly payments on the Enterprise plan, we accept payments via wire transfer.
