How do I pay my plan?

You can easily pay trough PayPal and CC. After clicking  "Sign up" your are redirected to PayPal. Depending on the plan you have chosen, 1 month, 6 months or 12 months, your PayPal account or CC will be charged.

How long does it take to activate my RepairCMS account?

After receiving your payment confirmation (email) your access to the RepairCMS Cloud System will be activated within the same workday. Normally within 2-3 hours you will receive your login info.

 

How long does my subscription last?

Your subscription is not timely limited, and will be automatically renewed, if you don't cancel it 3 days prior to the end of your billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time. In addition our Terms (TOS) apply.

How do I add Users to my account?

If you require additional Users, as incl. in your plan, contact the RepairCMS™ Support-Team. Every additional user costs € 10 per month.

How do I cancel my plan?

It is very easy to cancel, simply send us an email to at least 3 days prior to your billing cycle and we will cancel your subscription. If you don't cancel in time, your subscription will automatically be renewed.

What happens with my data when I cancel my subscription?

Your data is on an high security Amazon EC2 Server. After receiving your cancelation, your data will be irreversibly deleted within 30 days! On top of that Dataprotect Austria  garanties 100% GDPR compliance of your sensitiv data, through constant data protection measures.

How do I upgrade my plan?

You can easily upgrade your plan at least 3 days prior to your subscription cycle through contacting our RepairCMS™ Support-Team. Starting with your next billing cycle you can then enjoy the enhanced functionality.

How do I add additional locations?

If you require additional locations, as incl. in your plan, contact RepairCMS™ Support-Team. Every additional location costs € 70 per month.
